Mail-in Repairs
Are you discouraged because there isn’t a CPR® location close by? Are you frustrated now because you believe it’s hopeless to get an amazing service by CPR®? Well, don’t’ worry! One other thing that makes CPR® such a convenient company is that CPR® also provides their services to customers that don’t have any store locations close to where they live. Customers can use the mail-in services that CPR® has to offer no matter where they live! A customer can use this service by downloading and printing out the mail-in repair request form (which can be found here). The repair request form has information to fill out such as name and address, the problem with the electronic device, and instructions on how to send it.
When sending out a damaged cell phone that needs to be repaired, it’s important to only send the damaged cell phone and the battery. Do not send any chargers, memory cards or SIM cards.
Within 24 hours of receiving your damaged device, you will be contacted by one of the skilled CPR® skilled technicians. You will receive an estimated cost for the repair and the estimated amount of time it will take for your device to be repaired.
