A: Absolutely! There is an 85% chance that your cell phone will be able to be repaired by one of the repair technicians at CPR®.
Q: How can I guarentee that your repairs will last on my electronics?
A: All CPR® repairs except liquid damaged devices come with an 180-day warranty.
Q: Is there any way I can get a long warranty for my repair?
A: Yes! Your repair comes with a 180 day warranty and can be extended for up to one year.
Q: What days and hours are the CPR® store open?
A: CPR® Stores are open: Monday – Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday: 10am – 6 pm. Sunday: Closed.
Q: If I mail-in my device for repair, how long will it take to be repaired?
A: When all the parts are in stock, the typical time it takes for a repair is 48 hours.
Q: When was CPR® founded?
A: CPR® was founded in 2004 in Summerville, Georgia.
Q: What will happen to my manufacturer’s warranty when I get my device repaired?
A: Once your cell phone is damaged, your warranty is void.
Q: If I leave my cell phone with CPR® for an extended amount of time, what can happen?
A: CPR® holds onto your device for up to 30 days. Once the 30 days have gone by, the device will be recycled.
Q: Is there a chance that I will lose any saved data on my device from repairs at CPR®?
A: Sometimes the damage done to your phone can erase saved data, but nothing the technicians do to your phone will make you lose any of your saved data.
Q: Can CPR® can backup the data on my phone?
A: Absolutely! The technicians at CPR® are fully capable of quickly and efficiently backing data on a phone!
Q: Can CPR® repair anything other than cell phones?
A: Absolutely! CPR® is capable of cell phone repair, video game repair, and other electronic repairs such as laptop repairs and HTC repairs.
Q: When do I pay for the repair services performed by CPR®?
A: Since every repair is different, payment is required to be made when the repair is completed.
Q: Does the estimated cost of my repair include everything?
A: The estimated price you get includes everything from parts to labor.
Q: How much do I have to pay for shipping when I mail-in my damaged device?
A: Customers are able to pick the shipping method that is best for them. When your cell phone or electronic gadget is returned, the return shipping is free of charge.
Q: What will happen if I do not want to have my phone repaired after all?
A: If you decide you do not wish to have your phone repaired for whatever reasons, you will be charged a $15 service fee for all declined repairs. You can have this fee waived if you decide to donate your phone instead.
Q: Can you use a part that I already have for my repair?
A: We can install your part for an installation fee, but are unable to give you a warranty for using an already owned part.
Q: Help! My child dropped my phone in the pool, what do I do?
A: If your phone has received liquid damage, take the battery out immediately. Bring your damaged device to CPR® as soon as you can and we’ll handle it from there!
